Sales & Service Engineer

You will be joining Fluid Process Solutions (FPS) as the Head of Sales and Marketing for West India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, lead generation, sales training, market analysis, and creating marketing strategies. Your main tasks will involve interacting with potential clients and collaborating with team members. This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai with a hybrid working model. - Manage customer accounts effectively - Generate leads and drive sales growth - Conduct sales training programs - Analyze markets and competitors - Develop and implement marketing strategies - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in sales and sales management - Experience in conducting training and development programs - Strong analytical and market research skills - Background in the Process Equipment Industry - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 2-3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role - Experience in International Sales and Marketing is a plus - Knowledge of industries such as Food, Pharma, Chemical, Agro-Chemical, Paints & Coatings Fluid Process Solutions (FPS) is a Delhi-based company specializing in providing innovative fluid processing solutions.
