Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our team at Affinity Design Studio Architects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the architecture or interior design industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the architecture or interior design industry.
Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design market trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
