Sales Operation Executive

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Executive being sought to join the Sales team at Apna in Bengaluru. Your experience in sales operations, CRM management, and sales analytics will be key in optimizing sales processes and supporting revenue teams effectively. You must have a strong understanding of sales tools, reporting, and the ability to collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership. Your responsibilities will include owning and optimizing CRM systems (such as FreshSales, Salesforce, or similar tools), ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and automation. You will be expected to track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership. Additionally, you will support the sales team by handling ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting processes, and designing workflows to enhance sales efficiency. Collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to streamline sales operations and drive process improvements will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or Sales Enablement. Proficiency in Salesforce, FreshSales, or other CRM platforms, as well as an analytical mindset with strong Excel skills, are essential. Your project management and communication skills will be crucial in working effectively across teams. While experience in SQL or BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is not mandatory, it would be considered a plus.,
