Sales Manager

with 10-20 years of proven expertise in driving sales growth, building and leading high-performing teams, and delivering consistent business results. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance, professional development, and achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends.
  • Drive business development initiatives, expanding the company's footprint across target industries and regions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts while ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Champion the use of CRM tools, sales analytics, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-20 years in sales leadership roles, with a strong record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of [insert relevant industry/domain, e.g., FMCG, Manufacturing, IT, Services].
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in team building, coaching, and mentoring large sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create and execute long-term sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong relationship management and customer-centric approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
