Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance, professional development, and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10-20 years in sales leadership roles, with a strong record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.

- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in team building, coaching, and mentoring large sales teams.
