SALES Manager

As a seasoned Sales / Business Development Manager at Trinity, you will utilize your proven experience in Sales & Client Management, Talent Acquisition, and Key Account Management to drive incremental and new sales for our business. You will play a crucial role within our dynamic team based in India, catering to various regions across PAN INDIA. Your responsibilities will include identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with potential and existing clients. Working closely with management, you will develop strategies to engage clients for Lateral Hiring, Project Hiring, Head Hunting, RPO, Staffing, and Leadership Hiring. Additionally, you will analyze the competitive landscape to provide insights for continuous improvement and drive business growth by identifying and penetrating new market segments. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Technology and Corporate sales or Services/Solutions Selling domain. You should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to close new accounts efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel within PAN India, APAC, and the Middle-East.
