Position Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Duration: 6 months (Internship), with conversion to full-time employment based on performance

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior team members.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Work closely with senior sales personnel to implement sales strategies.
  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques and methods.
  • Performance Evaluation:
  • Regularly update sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Participate in performance review sessions to assess internship progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Passion for sales and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
