Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development / Sales Person in this high-growth journey start-up, you will work alongside top-level management to drive revenue generation and enhance user engagement. Your main goal will be to follow up on leads and convert them into sales to generate revenue, increase the user base, and engagement through a metrics-oriented approach. You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the right product mix, gather feedback for continuous product development, work cross-functionally with different business units, and multitask effectively. Organizing virtual meetings with clients, maintaining systematic records of operational activities, identifying top channels, conducting organic experiments for growth, and developing innovative mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Following up on leads and converting them into sales to generate revenue. - Increasing the user base and engagement through a metrics-oriented approach. - Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure the right product mix. - Gathering feedback for continuous product development. - Working cross-functionally with different business units and multitasking effectively. - Organizing virtual meetings with clients to achieve organizational goals. - Maintaining systematic records of operational activities. - Identifying top channels and conducting organic experiments for growth. - Developing innovative mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
