- Design and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce features and customizations.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across different Salesforce modules.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Validate Salesforce releases, patches, and environment changes for business impact.
- Document defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or QA.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, and process automation.
- Experience testing Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Provar, or other test automation frameworks (optional).
- Experience using bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
