What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for new clients and close high-value deals.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets every single month.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of hardcore field sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High-energy, ambitious, and results-focused personality.
  • Willing to travel extensively (domestic & international).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
  • Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable products/services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and promotional events (domestic & international).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in field sales / business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.
