? Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastics and polymer industries.
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
? Provide technical guidance and product solutions to meet customer needs.
? Collaborate with our technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior Experince in Polymer Industry (1-2 year).
Education: Cipet or any related field
A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in masterbatch(color), Additive, polymers, or related chemical industries.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex customer requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
A self-motivated individual with a passion for building a territory.
