Sales Engineer

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote technical products/services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Provide technical information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, or referrals. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate call logs and customer details. Coordinate with field sales engineers or product teams for complex queries or site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and send quotations or proposals to potential clients. Handle objections and negotiate to close sales over the phone or online. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. Diploma/Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, or ITI). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or technical sales preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to learn product specifications quickly. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Result-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
