Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Engineer to join our team at Endeavour Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales of solar energy solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to provide customized energy solutions to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

🔹 Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

🔹 Technical Consultation & Solution Design:

  • Assess client energy needs and recommend suitable solar power systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering & project team for feasibility studies and system design.
  • Ensure proper documentation, proposals, and technical support are provided.

🔹 Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on solar energy trends, policies, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team for business development strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🔹 Project Coordination & After-Sales Support:

  • Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Follow up on project completion, system performance, and client satisfaction.


Key Skills & Requirements:

✔️ Experience: 3-5 years in solar sales, renewable energy, or related field.

✔️ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, SMA inverters, batteries, and energy solutions.

✔️ Sales Acumen: Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closure.

✔️ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

✔️ Negotiation & Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and close deals.

✔️ Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess energy requirements and suggest solutions.

✔️ Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or Renewable Engineering (preferred).
