Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious fresh graduates to join Parkar as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in B2B technology sales. You will be trained on sales tools, prospecting methods, and industry knowledge to support Parkars Data + AI, Staffing, and Managed Services business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and build prospect lists.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls) under guidance.
  • Support senior SDRs in qualifying leads and booking meetings.
  • Learn to use CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on event leads and campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Eager to learn sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • High energy, persistent, and curious mindset.
  • Comfortable working in flexible shifts (US, EU, or APAC support).
