About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities — engaging leads from our website, chat, and events while also reaching out to potential customers to schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, playing a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and helping build the pipeline that fuels our sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from website chats, contact forms, and campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries to understand business needs, timing, and fit.
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos with the appropriate sales team member.
  • Research and identify potential prospects in target markets.
  • Execute personalized outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and value-driven messaging.
  • Book qualified appointments for Account Executives or Partner Managers.
  • Engage prospects through live chat on the website and event platforms.
  • Provide helpful information, direct them to relevant resources, and capture qualified interest.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone that aligns with DBSync’s brand voice.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
  • Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve campaigns and outreach.
  • Manage and maintain the ZoomInfo database to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Track and analyze ZoomInfo data to identify potential sales opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Responsible for outbound calling to leads with the goal of setting appointments and initiating the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about integration and automation technologies.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Having an educational background in IT or Software Development is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM, ERP, or accounting systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN).

Work Shift: U.S Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)
