Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹10–20 LPA (Hiring for Multiple Levels)


About the Role:


Join a fast-scaling SaaS company reshaping how businesses generate qualified leads. As an SDR, you’ll be the first touchpoint for prospects—owning outreach, discovery, and nurturing conversations that open high-value opportunities for our sales team.


What You’ll Do:


  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through consultative discovery.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive meetings and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and hit weekly activity goals.


What You Bring:


  • 1–5 years of B2B SaaS or tech sales experience.
  • Strong communication and hustle mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach is a plus.
