Position: Sales Development Representative

Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (Channel) plays a key role in driving EC-Council’s channel growth strategy by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential Authorized Training Centres (ATCs) and academic partners. The position focuses on building a strong partner pipeline, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting partner onboarding in collaboration with Channel Managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in communication and relationship management, with experience in B2B or channel sales environments.


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential ATCs and channel partners through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.
  • Evaluate partner fit based on business potential and share qualified leads with Channel Managers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups for all leads and partners.
  • Support channel marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for EC-Council programs.
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers to coordinate partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement activities.
  • Participate in partner events, webinars, and outreach programs to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, campaign effectiveness, and partner insights.


Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email automation, and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, metrics-oriented, and comfortable with outreach targets.
