Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify and nurture sales opportunities in the manufacturing, engineering, construction and warehousing sectors. The SDR will be responsible for outreach through various channels, lead qualification and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities

cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels

CRM system (e.g.,

HubSpot)

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies and

lead nurturing workflows.

• Handle inbound leads when required and assess their fit and potential.

• Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, meetings booked and lead conversions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and customer pain points to enhance

outreach effectiveness


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, BMS (Marketing), or a related field (preferred)

outbound B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation

Custom IT Solutions.

• Strong understanding of sales development techniques and lead qualification frameworks (e.g.,

BANT, CHAMP).

LinkedIn Premium/Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha

HubSpot

• Understanding of solution-selling or consultative selling approaches.

• Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills-both written and verbal

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
