Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare quotation /Proposal in CRM

2.Manage customer orders

3.Coordinating with customer, OEM

4.Prepare and maintain sales related reports, data and documentation

5. Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases,

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Any stream)
  • 2 + years of experience in sales coordination
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
