Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Support sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and agreements.
Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Manage communication between internal teams and customers to resolve issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
