Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials and promotional items.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
