About the Role:

We are seeking three dynamic and analytical Sales Consultants to join our team. In this pivotal client-facing role, you will be the catalyst for our clients' digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge software, ensuring it delivers maximum value by optimizing their construction operations and expediting project timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and setup of our software across client construction projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive product training sessions and provide ongoing support to client users.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing queries, issues, and escalations to ensure resolution.
  • Analyze project data within our platform to generate actionable, analysis-based insights and present them to client management.
  • Develop detailed case studies quantifying the business impact and ROI delivered by our solution.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback on product improvements and communicate it to our internal product development team.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations to support the sales team in securing new business.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, software implementation, or client consulting.
  • Must have hands-on experience working on construction sites (roads, metro, or buildings highly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in using MS Excel for data analysis, modeling, and dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering high-stakes presentations to clients.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
