Sales & Business Development Executive

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at Voorent, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, broker partnerships, and lead conversion. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and close sales leads through direct outreach, broker network, and field visits. Building and managing relationships with real estate brokers, corporate partners, and local businesses will also be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to conduct property visits, explain product offerings, and negotiate rental agreements while achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining healthy conversion ratios. Active participation in on-ground marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, auto banner placements, and local campaigns will be essential. Providing feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities is also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess immediate joining availability and have at least 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in real estate, rentals, or consumer goods. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a self-motivated and target-driven approach. Being comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city is crucial, and knowledge of the Delhi NCR market is considered a plus.
