Job Description

Position: Sales Development Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months

Commitment: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week

Stipend: Rs 1000 per month

What You Will Do:

 

Your main goal is to build our sales pipeline by finding and qualifying new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting & Research:

    Conduct targeted market research to identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and gather key information on potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification & Outreach:

    Engage with potential clients through structured email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to qualify their interest and needs. Your goal is to convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:

    Take ownership of sales data integrity. Diligently update and maintain our CRM system, tracking all activities and lead statuses to ensure an accurate and organized sales pipeline.
  • Sales Enablement Support:

    Assist the sales team by refining pitch decks (PowerPoint) and sales materials for client conversations.
  • Campaign Analysis:

    Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns to measure their impact on the sales pipeline and identify high-performing lead sources.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

 

We are seeking a candidate who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Key Skills:

    Strong research and analytical abilities are essential.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial, with an ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
  • Tools:

    Proficiency in PowerPoint is required. Prior experience with a CRM is a plus but not mandatory.
