Sales Assistant

You will be joining Pahal Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., an NBFC-MFI registered with the Reserve Bank of India, dedicated to providing microfinance services to low-income households. With a team of over 2,500 employees and a network of 300+ branches spanning 9 states in India, Pahal has impacted the lives of more than 10 lakh households by offering credit for income-generating activities. Your role as a Sales Assistant will be pivotal in supporting the sales department's daily operations at the Mahuva location. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting sales representatives. You will play a key role in processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and sales acumen will be essential in this role. Additionally, your excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software and the MS Office Suite will contribute to your success in this position. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not mandatory. However, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
