Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at a leading Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the firm's IP services, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors who require IP protection and enforcement services.
• Pitch and sell a range of IP services such as trademark registration, patent filing, copyright protection, IP renewals, portfolio management, and litigation support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
• Work closely with the legal and technical teams to prepare customized proposals and service offerings.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with business entities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in IPR or legal services is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and services (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
