About the Role:
R N Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Relationship Manager to lead customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, build long-term partnerships, and ensure complete customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Handle and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
Identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities
Approach potential clients and convert leads into business
Develop and execute business development strategies
Expand customer base and drive market penetration
Implement customer engagement and retention strategies
Consistently achieve monthly sales/revenue targets
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service experience
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth
Experience in managing high-value clients or B2B customers (preferred)
Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
