Sales and Operations Manager

Location: Sales and Operation Manager
Experience: 2–5 years (Preferred in sales support/operations)
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure alignment between sales and back-end teams
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales reports
• Support sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
• Liaise with the logistics and procurement teams for timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with the warehouse
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making
• Prepare and circulate performance reports, MIS, and dashboards
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with sales executives
• Assist in planning and execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Ensure CRM and ERP systems are updated regularly

Key Skills Required:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in using CRM and ERP tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
