To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and have a minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the EV industry. A strong knowledge of EV components, financing options, and market trends is crucial. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with strategic thinking capabilities to achieve revenue targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools is necessary for this position.
