Sales and Marketing Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting company products/services, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media, website updates, and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Experience in Solar industry will be prefered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
