As a Field Donation Drive Intern at Elite Games Federation, you will be part of a dedicated team working towards promoting sports culture in India and supporting para-athletes. Your role will involve conducting donation drives at various establishments, engaging with the public, and inspiring individuals and businesses to contribute towards our cause. This internship offers hands-on field experience, ideal for students or freshers looking to enhance their communication, storytelling, and fundraising skills. You will visit different locations such as shops, offices, and public spaces to raise funds and explain the mission of Elite Games Federation to potential donors. Using storytelling techniques, you will emotionally connect with people and encourage them to support our initiatives. Keeping track of collections, reporting progress, and maintaining the organization's reputation will be essential responsibilities during your internship. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a confident speaker with a talent for storytelling, and demonstrate self-motivation, politeness, and persuasiveness. Your willingness to travel locally for fieldwork, passion for social impact and community work, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be valuable assets. While prior experience in donation drives, sales, or social work is advantageous, it is not mandatory. As part of your internship, you will receive a petrol allowance for field travel, an Internship Completion Certificate from Elite Games Federation, hands-on field experience, and opportunities for professional skill development.
