Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. This position requires someone who is organized, communicative, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels (social media, email, digital ads).
• Help create marketing materials: content, visuals, copywriting, social media posts, brochures, etc.
• Support the sales team in lead generation: researching prospects, outreach, scheduling meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM(s) with leads, contacts, sales activity.
• Track and report on marketing & sales metrics (leads, conversions, campaign performance).
• Coordinate with other teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure marketing deliverables are ready on time.
• Assist with administrative tasks: preparing presentations, meeting follow-ups, organizing files/documents.
• Monitor trends in the industry and suggest improvements / new tactics.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Any qualifications.
• 0-3 years of work experience in sales support, marketing assistance, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools: social media platforms, email marketing, digital ads. freshers also can apply( we will provide training )
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to keep data organized.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Good at time-management, multitasking, detail-oriented.
• Analytical mindset: ability to track metrics and extract actionable insights.
• Creative skills are a plus (graphic design, content writing).
