Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and build long-term business relationships in the digital marketing and technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.

Identify new business opportunities across digital marketing and tech services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, App Development, etc.).

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.

Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with service offerings.

Generate leads through various channels — email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and cold calling.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve offerings.

Manage and mentor the business development team to enhance productivity and conversion rates.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 3 to 6 years) in sales and business development within the Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in client acquisition and account management.

Good understanding of digital marketing services and web technologies.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
