Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients.

HVAC, Firefighting, MGPS, and Basement Ventilation

Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals to clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.


Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred).

35 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC, Firefighting, MGPS, and Basement Ventilation.

Strong network with MEP consultants, contractors, and facility managers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
