You will be joining KCC Zipper Group, a leading zipper manufacturer based in Taiwan with production bases in Vietnam and China. The company is dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality products to clients worldwide in the apparel, leather goods, and accessories sectors. KCC Zipper Group is currently expanding globally and is looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join as Regional Sales Agents, particularly for the Indian market. Your role as a Regional Sales Agent for India will be pivotal in the company's expansion efforts. You will represent the brand, leveraging your industry expertise and network to introduce premium products to the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: - Actively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients in the apparel and leather goods industries across India. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, such as fashion brands, manufacturers, and sourcing agents. - Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the international team, ensuring smooth communication and order fulfillment. - Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform regional sales strategies. Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in the apparel, leather goods, or fashion accessories industry in India. - In-depth knowledge of the local industry landscape, including key brands, manufacturers, and distribution channels. - Strong industry network and contacts are essential. - Proficiency in business English for effective communication with global teams. - Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented approach, excellent negotiation skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
