Job Summary:

Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Work on identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certification, access request, and governance modules.
Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors as per business requirements.
Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (LDAP, AD, Databases, Applications, Cloud).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand IAM requirements and deliver solutions.
Support performance tuning, upgrades, and patches for SailPoint IIQ.
Provide production support and handle incident/problem management related to IAM.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

36 years of experience in
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and implementation
.
Strong knowledge of
Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
.
Experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, roles, policies, and lifecycle management.
Good understanding of
Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and access management tools
.
Hands-on experience in
connector development and system integration
.
Knowledge of
IAM concepts
such as provisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, and RBAC.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
SailPoint IIQ certification.
