Sailpoint Developer

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ/IDN components including workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and provisioning policies.
  
• Configure identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
  
• Develop custom rules using

  Beanshell/Java

  for identity governance workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with various applications using connectors (LDAP, AD, JDBC, REST, SCIM, etc.).
  
• Perform debugging, issue resolution, and enhancements in existing SailPoint implementations.
  
• Support production deployments, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Implement IAM best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
  
• Create documentation for design, configurations, and operational procedures.
  
• (For senior levels) Lead SailPoint design, architecture, integration strategy, and mentor junior developers.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow

  .
• Proficiency in

  Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL

  , and scripting.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, authentication & authorization.
  
• Experience integrating applications via

  REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD

  .
• Understanding of directory services, identity lifecycle, and access governance models.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  cloud IAM

  , Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk (plus).
• Knowledge of

  SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM

  .
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.
  
• SailPoint certification (IIQ/IDN) preferred.
