Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infoscion at Infosys, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing solutions, validating architectures, and delivering top-notch service offerings in the technology sector. Your involvement will also include project estimation, solution delivery inputs, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, fostering continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews - Lead and guide teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables - Ensure continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive growth and profitability - Possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Understand financial processes for different project types and pricing models - Identify improvement areas in current processes and recommend technology solutions - Have knowledge in one or two industry domains - Exhibit client interfacing skills - Manage projects and teams effectively Qualifications Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models - Capability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Knowledge in one or two industry domains - Strong client interfacing skills - Proficiency in project and team management (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
