*🔹 Experience:* 5+ Years  

*🔹 Compensation:* ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month (approximate)

About the Role

As a Ruby on Rails Developer at Talentifyy Solutions, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize databases, build RESTful APIs, and contribute to scalable solutions in the supply chain and logistics domain.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails  

- Work with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases  

- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services  

- Collaborate with frontend teams using ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript  

- Optimize database performance and application speed  

- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and reviews  

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making  

- Support deployment and CI/CD with DevOps practices  

- Contribute to supply chain/logistics projects (domain knowledge a plus)

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field  

- 5+ years of professional software development experience  

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, including Delayed Jobs, PouchDB  

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and design patterns  

- Experience with REST APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB, Azure  

- Familiarity with DevOps practices  

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation  

- Database performance optimization skills  

- Ability to articulate complex technical challenges and solutions  

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to ambiguity
