About Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable data pipelines, backend services, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop key components of our technology stack, including real-time data pipelines and scalable data processing services
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code daily
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to plan, design, and implement complex solutions
• Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot systems to improve performance and stability
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

Expertise You'll Bring

• We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong backend and data engineering skills, cloud experience, and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in software engineering using languages like Ruby or Python (Ruby preferred for legacy codebase)
• Experience working with multi-terabyte datasets using relational and non-relational databases (BigQuery experience highly desirable)
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies such as GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS
• Strong understanding of queuing systems, distributed architectures, and scalability
• Skilled in version control systems like Git/Bitbucket
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Experience in AdTech industry is a plus
• Deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning and query optimization
