Job Summary:

RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate business processes using tools like
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
.
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
Create detailed process documentation, including
Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
and
Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
.
Integrate RPA solutions with internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, testing, and production.
Monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed bots as necessary.
Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and testing cycles.
Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and governance standards.
Provide technical support and training to business users as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and related technologies.

Required Skills :

Proficiency with at least one leading RPA platform:

UiPath (preferred)
Automation Anywhere
Blue Prism

Strong knowledge of
.NET, C#, VB.NET, Java, Python
, or similar programming languages.
Experience with
REST/SOAP APIs
, web services, and database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
