Job Summary:

Power Automate

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power Automate flows

  (automated, instant, scheduled, and desktop flows).
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services such as

  SharePoint

  ,

  Outlook

  ,

  Teams

  , and

  Excel

  .
• Develop and support

  Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

  flows for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scenarios.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
  
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
  
• Document automation solutions, best practices, and reusable components to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform development and best practices.
  
• Occasionally work with

  Automation Anywhere

  bots to support specific automation use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of overall development experience, with at least 2 years focused on

  Power Automate

  development.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform components, including

  Power Apps

  and basic

  Power BI

  knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in developing

  Power Automate Cloud Flows

  and

  Power Automate Desktop (RPA)

  .
• Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365 apps such as

  SharePoint

  ,

  Excel

  , and

  Outlook

  .
• Familiarity with

  Automation Anywhere

  , including basic development, bot deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of

  API integration

  ,

  JSON

  , and dynamic content handling within automation workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
  
• Experience in enterprise-level automation deployments and governance.
  
• Knowledge of other RPA tools and scripting languages.
