RPA Developer Hyperautomation

As an RPA Developer specializing in Hyperautomation technologies, your role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism. You will also be responsible for integrating AI/ML models into automation workflows for intelligent decision-making. Additionally, you will leverage Generative AI technologies like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI to enhance automation with natural language understanding, summarization, and content generation. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of automation solutions, as well as monitoring and optimizing bots for performance and reliability, are crucial tasks in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). - Integrate AI/ML models into automation workflows for intelligent decision-making. - Leverage Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) to enhance automation with natural language understanding, summarization, and content generation. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture. - Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of automation solutions. - Monitor and optimize bots for performance and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and AI/ML integration. - Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). - Familiarity with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Google PaLM). - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks for system integration. - Knowledge of process mining and workflow orchestration tools. In addition to the above qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, exposure to OCR, NLP, and document understanding tools, certification in RPA tools or AI/ML platforms, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
