ROR Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer who have a 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust and scalable web applications, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails .
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
• Solid understanding of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
