Robotics Process Automation Developer

As an experienced RPA Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes through Automation Anywhere A360. Your responsibilities will include: - **Requirement Analysis:** Understanding and analyzing business processes to identify optimizations in existing bot code. - **Optimizing existing bot:** Creating and developing reusable components using Automation Anywhere tools to reduce code complexity, embed error handling, and enhance reporting. - **Testing and Debugging:** Conducting thorough testing to ensure bots function correctly and debugging any arising issues. - **Documentation:** Preparing detailed documentation for each bot, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals. - **Collaboration:** Working closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and team members to ensure successful automation implementation. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, with expertise in Task Bot development. - Managing bot deployments and monitoring performance via Automation Anywhere Control Room. - Integrating bots with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, and other technologies. - Debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows, optimizing for performance and stability. - Applying programming/scripting skills in JavaScript, VBScript, Python, or equivalent for custom logic and enhancements. - Adhering to RPA best practices, designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions. - Monitoring deployed bots in production, ensuring uptime and resolving operational issues promptly. - Performing root-cause analysis of failures and implementing permanent fixes. - Collaborating with infrastructure and IT teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of RPA bots. In addition to the primary skills and qualifications, familiarity with the following secondary skills would be beneficial: - Proficiency in triaging and analyzing defects in production environments for timely resolution. - Skill in reverse engineering to understand and enhance existing automation flows. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident and request management. - Familiarity with API concepts and integration techniques. - Experience in bot migration from Automation Anywhere 360 On-Prem to AA SaaS.,
