Risk Engineer

As a Risk Management Analyst, your role involves identifying, analyzing, and monitoring the company's risk profile at the operational level. Your primary mission is to spread awareness of risk and opportunity, promote knowledge management, and enhance cultural growth in risk management within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Golden Rules and Silver Guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Spread awareness of Risk and Opportunity and Knowledge Management to promote cultural growth in risk management - Ensure methodology and processes align with Saipem Policy and objectives, analyzing needs for updates to existing standards, procedures, and guidelines - Monitor International Standards and Best Practices in Risk Management to keep Top Management informed of global business/regulatory expectations - Participate in meetings with Proposal Manager and BU Representatives during the Tendering phase to ensure suitable contingency levels based on risk analysis output - Monitor Project Team risk management activities during the Project Execution phase to consolidate risk and opportunities estimates within project economic data - Provide induction training on risk management methodology for Saipem resources and keep Saipem Web tools updated and user-friendly - Collect and contribute to proposals for revisions of Golden Rules and Silver Guidelines from Business Units, sharing them with stakeholders and ensuring updates Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodology - Ability to analyze and interpret risk data effectively - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in conducting risk assessments and facilitating training sessions - Knowledge of international risk management standards and best practices,
