Risk Assessment and Analysis : Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and exposures across various areas of the organization's operations. Evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks to prioritize mitigation efforts. Control Implementation : Design and implement controls and safeguards to mitigate identified risks and enhance the organization's resilience to internal and external threats. This includes developing policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote compliance and risk mitigation. Monitoring and Surveillance : Establish monitoring and surveillance mechanisms to detect and assess emerging risks, anomalies, and irregularities within the organization's operations. Utilize tools and technologies to monitor transactions, activities, and behaviors for signs of potential risk. Incident Response and Investigation : Develop and implement incident response protocols to address and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner.
