Risk Comp and Governance Analyst - L4

The purpose of your role is to analyze security requirements and design security solutions to protect the organization's security assets. You will be responsible for analyzing risk and compliance assurance to protect sensitive information, identifying risk and compliance issues at all levels, analyzing common compliance frameworks, and ensuring that policies, processes, and standards are in place. Additionally, you will perform quarterly audits, sample testing, and report risks, communicate assurance findings to clients in a timely manner, monitor remediation on assurance findings, and ensure closure of all open points. You will also be required to ensure that all required controls are implemented, documented, and monitored to ensure full audit compliance, coordinate with IT team members to address IT audit findings promptly, provide timely and accurate reporting and documentation to management on all key parameters as needed, perform annual SOC preparedness audits to ensure secure system setups and maintain customer data privacy, and suggest corrective measures to cyber security issues while providing timely support and future recommendations. In terms of deliverables, your performance will be measured based on adherence to established risk and compliance frameworks, percentage deviation from audit, release audit scores, closure on audit points, cyber health of the organization, and audit timelines. You will also be evaluated based on disaster recovery metrics including the number of risks identified and mitigated and timely communication to the client. The mandatory skill required for this role is L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing with a preferred experience of 5-8 years.
