Revenue Systems Analyst

As a mid-career Revenue Systems Analyst at Assent, you will play a key role in optimizing the systems that drive our growth and support the mission of helping responsible companies build transparent supply chains. Working onsite in Pune, India, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into system solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive adoption across platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Drift, and others. Your responsibilities will include supporting and optimizing the revenue tech stack, serving as a systems consultant to internal stakeholders, scoping and documenting technical work, driving system automation, supporting integration efforts, monitoring data quality and governance, contributing to cost optimization, enabling the business through training and support, and staying updated on technological advancements in RevOps systems to ensure Assent's stack remains modern and effective. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and familiarity with tools like Pardot, Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or equivalent is essential. You should have a strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and automation tools within the sales and marketing tech stack, as well as proven skills in gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams for delivery. A process-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, organizational capabilities, and experience with project management tools are also crucial for success in this role.
