Revenue Operations - HubSpot

As a CRM Specialist at Keka, your primary responsibility will be the effective implementation, customization, and management of the CRM system. Collaborating closely with the Head of Revenue Operations, as well as the sales, marketing, and customer support teams, you will ensure that the CRM system aligns with the business goals and objectives of the organization. Your proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving the overall customer experience. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in various aspects, including HubSpot Skills such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub & Ops Hub. Experience across these products is highly valued. Additionally, you will be tasked with CRM Customization to meet the specific organizational needs, integrating the CRM with other tools, maintaining data integrity, implementing automation workflows, generating reports, and providing user training. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is a must. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in HubSpot CRM with a deep understanding of its functionalities is required. Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, lead management, marketing automation, data management, and analysis is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are key attributes for success in this position. HubSpot CRM certifications from HubSpot Academy are considered a plus.
