Returnship Program (RE) - Default Team Lead (US mortgage)

Responsibilities

Oversee the servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of mortgage-related tasks.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage data effectively ensuring high-quality output.
Coordinate with team members to streamline foreclosure and claim file servicing processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Implement best practices in mortgage loan servicing to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of servicing activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize workflow.
Ensure all servicing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
Support the team in achieving performance targets and meeting deadlines consistently.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Have experience in foreclosure and claim file servicing within the mortgage domain.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage industry.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Show capability to work effectively in a night shift office environment.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
